The two center pans are identical and both have steamer holes, and measure about 3 inch tall. This allows you to stack different foods in the separate pans and steam them all at one time. The lid is versatile, as well, in that it can also be flipped over and used as another pan. Also included in this set is a stainless steel roasting rack which can be inserted into the base or the lid. Each piece has dual handles for easy lifting. This roaster/steamer pan is suitable for use on any cooktop, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
